Bronze Age Sword Casting Sold out

Cast your own sword from 1,400° molten metal. You pick a sword from historical Bronze Age patterns, pack your own sand mould, and watch the pour. After lunch you grind the blade smooth, wrap the handle in leather, and take it home.

$120 per sword — priced per sword, not per person, so a parent can help their child all day at no extra cost. Ages 5 and up with an adult; this is not a drop-off class. Bring a sack lunch. Runs rain or shine.

Taught by Greg Wenderski, the Sword Casting Guy, a former science teacher who has cast over 12,000 swords in multi-age classes.

All 30 spots are taken. Email us to go on the waiting list for a cancellation, or to hear first when the next casting class is scheduled.
